New training program every 6 months

Train the one muscle that changes how you move, cough and lift.

Coreva builds a short pelvic floor and deep-core session from your own logged history, coaches you through every hold with a voice and a timer, and ships a rebuilt program twice a year. Six minutes a day, on your phone, with your data staying on your device.

How it works

Three taps, then six minutes of good reps.

Coreva is built the way a pelvic health physiotherapist would program it: a short warm-up that gets you breathing, holds at a real working effort, fast flicks for reflex, and a release block at the end. Nothing is generated at random — every number comes from your last five sessions.

1
Tell it who you are

Goal, level, how many minutes you actually have, and the days you can show up. Two screens, no account, no email.

2
Ava writes today's session

The coach reads your completion rate, reported effort and hold capacity, then decides to progress, hold, step back or deload. You see the reason in plain sentences before you start.

3
Train with voice and haptics

Big timer, spoken cues, gentle buzz on each hold and release. Log the effort at the end and tomorrow's dose adjusts.

Week 4 drops volume by about 25% — a planned deload, because tissue adapts between sessions, not during them.

AvaMorning — you finished 92% of reps at effort 6/10 last session, so today adds one second to each hold. Your 8-day streak is still alive.
YouI keep leaking when I sneeze. Am I doing it wrong?
AvaNot wrong — that is the reflex we train with the quick-flick block. Do the flicks before the cough, not after. If you are leaking every day or with no warning at all, that needs an assessment rather than a harder squeeze.
YouCan I train while pregnant?
AvaBreathing and release work, generally yes — but get cleared before you add holds or load, and skip running, jumping and sit-ups. I have flagged this as a clinical question in your notes.
The intelligence

Ava runs on your own numbers, not a generic script.

Ava is the coaching layer inside the app. It is a rule-and-statistics engine that runs entirely on your device: it reads your logged holds, completion and effort, and turns them into a prescription with a written reason.

Adaptive dosing

Finish ≥90% of reps at effort ≤7 and load goes up. Completion under 72%, or effort at 8+, and it steps back. Every fourth week is a deload.

Answers grounded in your data

Ask “how is my progress?” and it quotes your average hold against the previous block, your adherence and your completion rate — not a stock answer.

Safety escalation, not reassurance

Pain, bleeding, heaviness, bulging or worsening leaking stops the session and routes you to a clinician. It never talks you through a symptom.

On-device only

No account, no server, no analytics. Your logs live in your browser's local storage and leave only when you export them yourself.

In the app

Four tabs, one job: keep the habit alive.

Everything is reachable with a thumb. The session player takes over the whole screen so you are not squinting at a timer mid-hold.

Program updates

A rebuilt training program every six months.

The app you install is a shell. The training intelligence is a versioned content pack, and a new one is published twice a year. Installed apps check the manifest on open and hot-swap the program — no app-store review, no reinstall, no losing your history.

On the roadmap

What's in the current pack

  • Six goal tracks — strength, tone, postnatal rebuild, bladder control, core and posture, sensation — each with a different block order.
  • Eighteen movement entries across deep core, mobility and breathing, each with a cue and a coaching tip.
  • Adaptive dosing with progress / hold / regress logic and a deload every fourth week.
  • Five education answers written to be read by someone with no anatomy background.

How the update arrives

The app polls a manifest on open. If a newer pack exists it offers it; you choose when to install, and your logs are untouched.

Coreva is a progressive web app: it installs to your home screen or dock from the browser, opens full-screen without a URL bar, and keeps working with no signal. No store account, no developer certificate, nothing to sideload.

Tap an option above for exact steps for that platform. If a direct install prompt is available in this browser, the button doubles as the installer.

Straight answers

Questions people ask before they start.

Is this a medical app?

No. Coreva is a general fitness and exercise product — it is not a medical device and it does not diagnose anything. It is designed around principles taught in pelvic health physiotherapy, and it deliberately refuses to coach you through symptoms. If you have pain, heaviness, bulging, bleeding or leaking that is getting worse, the app will tell you to get assessed rather than train through it.

How long until I notice a change?

Consistency decides this more than intensity. Most people report better control of leaking or urgency within four to eight weeks of training most days, and measurable hold-strength gains typically show from around week six in the app's own numbers. If nothing has changed after twelve weeks of genuine adherence, that is a signal to get assessed rather than to train harder.

What happens to my data?

Nothing leaves your device. There is no account and no server: sessions, settings and the coach history are stored in your browser's local storage. Export a JSON backup whenever you like from Settings, and import it on another device. Clearing your browser data will clear your history, so export first.

Can I use it while pregnant or after birth?

Breathing and release work is generally fine, but holds and load need clearance — usually around the six-week postnatal check, ideally from a pelvic health physiotherapist. Until then, running, jumping, heavy lifting and sit-ups are off the table. Set your goal to “Postnatal rebuild” and the whole program is rebuilt around pressure management first.

Does it work if I have no symptoms?

Yes, and that is most users. Pelvic floor and deep-core strength feed into lifting, running, coughing and posture, so training it is ordinary strength work. Pick the strength, tone or posture track and treat it like any other six-minute habit.

What exactly arrives every six months?

A new content pack: new movement entries, new goal tracks, written education, and any change to the dosing rules. Your logs stay exactly where they are — the app installs the new program and rebuilds future sessions from your history with it. The next scheduled pack is 2027.04 “Progression”, which adds a return-to-impact track.

Six minutes. Today. That is the whole ask.

Open the app, answer two setup screens, and Ava writes your first session — calibrated deliberately gentle so there is a baseline to build on.
